Removing Mould Smell From Curtain
Dry the curtain.
Place your curtains in a well-ventilated area, where light or fresh air can pass. Hanging it outside would be appropriate for drying the curtain. This is also recommended because while scrapping of moulds it can spread to other items of furniture.

Take a hard bristle brush and scrub the curtain until all the spores of moulds are shaken and peeled. Now, use your vacuum cleaner and suck all the mould from the curtain.
Prepare a homemade anti-mould detergent.
To make a homemade anti-mould detergent you’ll need these items:
Baking Powder.
White Vinegar.
Water.
Add a half cup of baking soda in half of cup of vinegar and then add one and a half cup of warm water in it. Mix the solution well and store it in a bottle. But, do a patch test before using your homemade detergent.

Pick a small area of the curtain for a patch test. Take a sponge and pour some of your homemade detergents, now use this on the curtain by rubbing the detergent. Wait for 5 minutes and observe the spot carefully, if you notice any changes in colour or anything do not use it.
Soak the curtain in the bucket.
Soak the curtain in water mixed with detergents for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of soaking machine wash the curtain with a mild detergent in warm water approx 40-degree Celsius temperature of water.

Dry the curtain.
